Fakenham Town Council meet, discuss, and comment on all Planning applications for our area from North Norfolk District Council at our Planning & Development Committee. However, the final decision comes from the Local Planning Authority.
North Norfolk Council have overall responsibility for the planning process, and you can search the planning records online via their website.
You can also use the North Norfolk website to find out about making a planning application.

The Town Council is a consultee on planning applications and will always endeavour to respond to planning applications in the best interests of the local community.
