Town Council meetings
Fakenham Town Council meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month (except August). The Council also meets in four sub-committees: Development & Market, Leisure & Environment, Policy & Resources and Allotments.
Meeting Dates
The dates of meetings during 2023-24 are as follows:
Full Council
All at 6:00pm on the following Wednesdays:
2024: 24th January, 28th February, 27th March, 24th April, 22nd May.

All at 5.30pm on the following Mondays:
2024: 8th January, 5th February, 4th March, 8th April, 13th May

Leisure and Environment Committee
All at 5.30pm on the following Tuesdays:
2024: 16th January, 20th February, 19th March, 16th April, 15th May.

Allotment Sub-Committee
All at 2.30pm on the following Tuesdays:
2024: 6th February, 9th April.

Policy and Resources Committee
All at 5.30pm on the following Tuesdays:
2024: 9th January, 5th March, 7th May.

Finance Sub- Committee
All at 4.30pm on the following dates: 2024: 15th January, 19th February, 18th March, 15th April, 13th May.

Can I Come to Meetings?
Of course! Decisions that councillors make often affect the lives of those working and living in the town, so as a Council, we have to make sure all decision making is transparent and accountable.
All Council meetings are open to the public, with an opportunity for you to discuss items on the agenda.
You will be able to view the agenda at least three clear days before the meeting is held.
